Pascale DELVAUX de FENFFE

Pascale DELVAUX de FENFFE is particularly skilled in collective and individual social law, and in social security law. Due to her knowledge and training Pascale is qualified to intervene at any step of the social conflicts.

She practices one of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Schemes (MARCs in French), both as a trained Mediator and counsellor, to accompany the client along the mediation process, whether voluntary or enforced. She masters the specific techniques of reasoned negotiation and non-violent communication.

Moreover, Pascal frequently joins the client in the process of judicial conciliation near the Labor jurisdictions, and more particularly the labor court, Brussels and Nivelles.

Since 2010, Pascale is a sessional lecturer under the program of the Bachelor of law (3rd year), CBFP – UCL: “Theory and practice of mediation”.
