Carole DE RUYT

Carole DE RUYT graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 1997. Carole started working as a lawyer at Lallemand-Legros then as Partner at Célès.

She joined Cairn Legal in June 2019.

Carole specialises in real estate law, construction law, lease and other occupation rights.

She also teaches in different area of real estate law for the real estate agents Institute (IPI-BIV).

She has recently published a book on private leases (le bail d’habitation en région wallonne et à Bruxelles).

Having lived in the United States for several years she also advises english speaking expats living in Belgium.
