With their experience involving many different companies and individuals for more than thirty years, the attorneys on Cairn Legal’s Industrial Relations Law team frequently practice industrial relations Law, which covers individual and Collective Labour Law and Social Security Law. Cairn Legal assists companies and individuals in all issues concerning the implementation of employment contracts (white and blue-collar employees, sales representative, student, etc.) such as hiring, termination, discrimination/harassment, secondments, company transfers and others. Cairn Legal also assists companies in their collective work relationships (trade union delegation, Works Council, restructuring and collective redundancies). The application of Social Security Law is another part of the team’s activities.
