Isabelle Gerzat practices social law.
She specializes in individual labour law (dismissals and protections, harassment, work incapacity, changes in working conditions, competition, …) and in collective labour law (collective labour agreements, collective redundancies, social aspects of reorganizations/transfers of undertakings, working time, …) as well as in social security law (international mobility, social control, …).
She assists Belgian and international companies, public institutions and private individuals in the framework of judicial proceedings and legal advice.
Isabelle is speaker at seminars and author of articles of doctrine in labour law.
She started her career as legal advisor in a multinational company before joining the Brussels Bar in June 2016.
Isabelle joined Cairn Legal in October 2018.
