14 Jun Call for projects: takeover of companies in difficulty by and/or with their workers

As part of its recovery and redeployment plan, the Brussels Government has entrusted hub.brussels with assisting takeover projects of companies in difficulty by and/or with their workers.

Hub.brussels, with the help of various experts, has already supported the takeover of Cameleon’s business by some of its workers.

A tender has been initiated by hub.brussels with several law firms in order to be able to offer a tailor-made assistance to one or two other companies in 2021.

Cairn Legal won the tender with regards to the corporate and insolvency law aspects.
