Carole DE RUYT has joined CAIRN LEGAL as of June 1st.
Her principal fields of expertise are real estate law, commercial and civil lease, and co-ownership law.
She advises entrepreneurs and private individuals, companies, real estate agents and co-ownerships, Belgian and international, in their day-to-day activities and represents them before the court of laws or before arbitrators and mediators.
She also teaches in different areas of real estate law before the real estate agents Institutes (IPI-BIV)
Carole joined the Brussels bar in 1997.
She speaks English and French fluently and can advise in dutch and spanish.

Oliver WEINAND has joined CAIRN LEGAL as of June 17.
His principal fields of expertise are commercial law, company law, debt collection, transport law, liability and insurance.
He advises entrepreneurs, private individuals and companies , belgian or international in their day-to-day activities.
Oliver’s practice is mainly oriented towards negotiations and counsel.
He has a good experience of proceedings before courts and tribunals but, as a mediator favors and tries to put forward alternative means of solving disputes.
Oliver joined the Brussels bar in 1997.
He speaks French, German, English and Dutch.

Antoine DECLEVE has joined CAIRN LEGAL as of July 1st.
His main areas of expertise are banking and financial law, Intellectual property law, data privacy, General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR), contract law, company law  and commercial law in general.
He advises and assists clients in conctractual negotiations or before the courts if necessary.
Antoine regularly participates as a speaker at seminars on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
He joined the Brussels bar (Ordre français des Avocats du Barreau de Bruxelles) in 2002.
